Alert! Seven Monterey County residents were turned over immigration custody after being detained in South Monterey County, near Lake San Antonio and San Miguel, over the last couple of days. Also, at least eight San Luis Obispo county residents were turned over to immigration authorities when traveling in the same area.

The Solidarity Network Rapid Response has learned that a group of men staying at a private residence used as a vacation home in Seaside are law enforcement officials from the Bay Area and not part of a federal immigration agency, according to Seaside officials.
